Privacy Policy

This personal data processing policy (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Policy’ or ‘Privacy Policy’) has been developed in accordance with the Federal Law of 27 July 2006. No. 152-FZ ‘On Personal Data’ (hereinafter referred to as ‘FZ-152’).

This Policy defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken by the site owner (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Operator’) to ensure the security of personal data.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to protect human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the right to privacy and the right to personal and family secrecy.

Basic concepts used in this Privacy Policy:

Personal data: any information relating directly or indirectly to a certain or definable natural person (data subject).

‘Operator’ means a state authority, municipal authority, legal entity or individual who independently or jointly with other persons organises and/or carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing and the actions (operations) performed on it.

Processing of personal data: any action or set of actions performed with or without the use of automated means on personal data, including collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

Principles of personal data collection:

Processing of personal data is carried out on a lawful and fair basis. Processing of personal data is limited to the achievement of specific, predetermined and legitimate purposes. It is not permitted to merge databases containing personal data processed for incompatible purposes. Only personal data that fulfil the stated processing purposes shall be processed. The content and scope of the personal data processed correspond to the stated processing purposes. When processing personal data, its accuracy, sufficiency and, where necessary, relevance to the processing purposes are ensured. The operator takes the necessary measures to delete or clarify incomplete or inaccurate data, or ensures that these measures are taken. Personal data shall be stored in a form that allows identification of the data subject for no longer than is required for the purposes of processing, unless the storage period is established by federal law or a contract to which the data subject is a party, beneficiary or guarantor. Processed personal data shall be destroyed or depersonalised once the processing purposes have been achieved or if it is no longer necessary to achieve these purposes, unless otherwise stipulated by federal law.

List of collected personal data

The operator does not collect any personal information about the user. However, external organisations (third parties) that provide tools to collect information may collect the user’s personal information. Privacy Policy revision dated 16/10/2022. The validity period of this Privacy Policy is unlimited. This Privacy Policy will lose its validity when a new version is posted on the website. The site is intended for an audience aged 18 and over.
