User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Agreement’) sets out the terms and conditions governing the relationship between the owner of www.azart.live (hereinafter referred to as ‘azart.live’ or ‘the Administration’) and the user of the website. The azart.live site is not a mass media outlet.

By using the site, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use azart.live!

Rights and responsibilities of the parties

The user has the right:

  • to search for information on the site.
  • to receive information from the site.
  • use the information on the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Administration has the right:

  • to restrict access to the site.

The Administration has the right:

  • at its discretion, to create, modify or cancel rules.

The user undertakes:

  • not to disrupt the performance of the site.
  • not to use scripts (programmes) for the automated collection of information and/or interaction with the site and its services.

The Administration undertakes to:

  • maintain the operability of the site, except in cases where this is impossible due to circumstances beyond the Administration’s control.

Responsibility of the parties:

The Administration is not responsible for any discrepancy between the services expected by the user and those actually received. The Administration does not bear any responsibility for services provided by third parties. In the event of a force majeure situation (hostilities, a state of emergency or a natural disaster), the Administration does not guarantee the safety of information posted by the User or the uninterrupted operation of the information resource.

Terms of the Agreement

This agreement comes into force upon any use of this site. The agreement ceases to be in force when a new version appears. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement at its discretion. The Administration does not notify users about changes to the Agreement.
